Every training program begins with an initial consultation with your Certified Personal Trainer. Your trainer will interview you to find out what your goals are, what injuries and/or limitations you may have, and a little about your personality and lifestyle.

Once this conversation happens, your trainer goes to work for you...

We create a customized workout plan based on the information we collect from you. Your first session will be scheduled and you'll be on your way to being in the best shape of your life!

The program and the process is very simple. We take care of all the details so that all you have to do is show up ready to workout.

Online training can take place over several different platforms. Facetime, Zoom, and Skype are some of the options to choose from. You and your trainer can decide which platform is best for you in your consultation call.

While most other online trainers give you a workout and send you on your way, we deliver real time feedback for workouts via video calls.

Each workout is customized for our clients. Whatever your goal may be (fat loss, build muscle, or to just be healthy) we can help you get there. If you have gym equipment available, we can design a program that incorporates the use of weights. If you don’t have access to equipment, no problem, we can give you a complete bodyweight only workout as well. Both work!

We have had great feedback from our clients who have been surprised at how effective a minimal equipment workout guided by a trainer can be. Not only do we have the experience and expertise to build a creative workout, we provide structure and accountability which is often the biggest hurdle in reaching fitness goals.
