I think St Helena Fitness is the place to come if you're serious about getting healthy. I found everyone from the owner, Michael, to the gym members to be supportive and helpful. It's the place to workout if you like people that care about your fitness goals. I attended both boot camp sessions this summer, and found the workouts to be motivating, fun and challenging. I was so grateful for St Helena Fitness to provide this to our town. Thanks so much!

St. Helena fitness is a very clean/well organized facility. The staff was courteous and more than helpful when I had questions regarding some of their newer equipment. My only issue with this gym is that I do not live closer! I would definitely take advantage of this facility more often if I lived in the area. Do yourself a favor, speak with the owner Mike. He will get you headed in the right direction and make you feel right at home in his gym.

Saint Helena Fitness is a special gym, although at first glance it seems small it is laid out so well that it makes for an easy workout, even when it's busy. What this gym lacks in quantity it more than makes up with the quality of the equipment. I'm a former Mr. California and I've trained all over the country. I would put this gym in my top 10 of places to train. Not only do I really like the equipment but the owner and staff are very personable and eager to help in any way. Also there are no big egos or rude people to contend with which makes working out at Saint Helena Fitness a pleasure. I highly recommend this gym to locals and also the out of town visitor.

St. Helena Fitness is my go to gym because of the owner Mike who is always extremely helpful and informative. Whether you are looking for coaching on technique or advice on how to start a healthy diet you can rely on Mike to give you the best advice. Another thing I love about this gym is that it is very well maintained and organized. The equipment is always very clean which makes it a comfortable environment to get a great workout in. If you haven't had a chance to stop by and check it out I would highly recommend you do so! You can also check out all the great classes this gym offers if your looking mix it up from just lifting weights. You won't be disappointed!

I recently moved to the area and was in need of a good gym, and St. Helena Fitness is just that. Mike (owner) and the rest of the staff welcomed me with open arms. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and take great care of the gym. The gym is fully loaded with everything you might need for any kind of workout. From top of the line spin bikes to rogue power racks, this gym has it all. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a great gym with great energy. This gym is my second home and I'm thankful to be a part of such a welcoming fitness community.
